Hi all, Just wanted to pass on my thanks to everyone involved from the start of the project last year to the delivery this week. Akivile  and Lucas were very patient with me throughout my many questions. !! Big thanks to you both.The Jeavons team on the day were wonderful in coordinating the delivery. Jim the driver experienced  delays on the way but kept me updated. When he was close there were closures on the road which he had to navigate and the small country lane proved a challenge but between us we managed to find a suitable parking space and Jim was able to bring the 2 huge pallets on the Moffat forklift into the driveway. Jim is a tremendous asset to your company. As discussed with the young lady on the phone today the pallets were eventually unloaded and stored in the garage and that took until 8 pm and we were unable to check the part numbers at the time as there were too many and fragments£ on the delivery. We are assembling the cabin on the 12th and 13th June which will be outside of the 10 day period. Kind regards

We have just taken delivery of our new summerhouse, not yet opened the package but i wanted to send you a comment about the delivery driver who the paperwork identified as William. He kept in touch and arrived at the time he advised. He visually surveyed the site and showed such a positive caring, professional manner and skill in off loading onto a corner plot on a small cul de sac. Hi to all at Jeavons. I just wanted to write to you to commend your driver William, who did such an excellent job of delivering my large double garage from Quick Garden today. This garage was 9M x 6M - the largest in their range and came in 2 main packages each 6M long plus a smaller pallet of roof tiles. The whole weighed 3.280 tonnes. This wasn't an easy delivery. We live in the hills at 600 feet above sea level. The last 3 miles of William's journey to our house was up a winding country lane - single lane with passing places and steep in places with obstructions parked in the way in places and with a number of blind bends. Not for the faint hearted when you are driving such a long vehicle with a Moffett forklift hanging out the rear! Second, we needed William to turn his lorry in our yard - there was just room for him to do this on our sloping yard and he did it all, as throughout his visit, without complaint and in a calm, patient and friendly manner. Such a refreshing change to the last visiting lorry driver we had (from another company) with a long vehicle who was all complaints and moaning. Thirdly, we needed William to unload in our farm yard and had to find a way to get the 6M long pallets up a 60M track, through two 12 foot gateways to our building site. This was challenging, even for the versatile Moffett forklift. Nothing seemed to phase William. He managed to do all this for us - over and above the call of duty as he could have just left the pallets in our yard. We were very grateful to William and your company for doing all this for us with a minimum of fuss. He coped with everything with a kind and helpful manner and is obviously a very capable and skilled driver of both the forklift and the extremely long lorry. A difficult and complex operation like this with weighty bulky objects can involve some risks and it was all carried out in a controlled and purposeful way, without any damage to property or people. We highly commend William to you. Finally, we are so pleased with the service that we would like you to feel free to use this recommendation to any prospective customers - 'Jeavons strive to go the extra mile for their customers'.  Thanks again

I just wanted to say what an excellent delivery driver William is who delivered our Double garage today from Quick-Gardens.  He telephoned before arrival and asked about the location and parked as close as he could without blocking traffic on our single track road.  When I saw the size of the pallet I was very concerned about getting it delivered to our house which was some distance away from where the lorry was parked, but William said that it wouldn’t be a problem and used his forklift skilfully to get the delivery down a narrow and extremely bumpy bridal way.  He was very happy, accommodating and skilful delivery driver, and an asset to your company. You may be interested in working with JEAVONS EUROTIR. They appear to have their head screwed on and can move goods from UK to the EU. They have resolved my problem moving goods from UK to Poland. The three truck they moved went without a hitch. They also do see freight and I am now negotiating with them to move goods from Far East ( China) to UK.

I am writing to express my sincere admiration for the skill and professionalism of the driver who delivered my order this morning. Access to our property is extremely tight for a vehicle of that size, yet he handled it with consummate skill, despite overhanging trees, branches springing back unexpectedly, a very narrow road surface and extremely limited space to manoeuvre.  I have seen van drivers struggle to turn where he excelled.  His ability was equally demonstrated when it came to using the forklift, which was another extremely challenging task given the confined space and undulating ground. Moreover, despite the intense concentration required in overcoming what must have been a rather stressful series of obstacles, his attitude, manner and general demeanour were absolutely impeccable and exemplary throughout.  He is a real credit to your company and, writing as an LGV licence holder myself, to his profession.  I regret that I omitted to take a note of his name, but am sure you will be able to trace him from my address details.  Please pass on my thanks and congratulations for a job well done.  He is deserving of recognition. I believe the member of your team making the delivery was called William but I could be wrong. In all the time we have been living at our current address I have never known a delivery driver like him. He was fantastic. We live in a fairly tricky place to deliver to but nothing was too much trouble for him and he was such a lovely guy too. He is a credit to your company and I am overjoyed with his manner and his actions. He showed great care, and managed the delivery brilliantly, he had to leave his truck about half a mile away and come down a very steep hill with his forklift so it was no easy drop to make. Just a quick note to you and your team for the excellent and professional way in which you handled the delivery of our Quick-Garden Cabin last Friday from start to finish. From the time that you notified us that the Cabin was ready for dispatch, through to the time we took delivery you kept us informed as to the order’s progress which as a customer is so helpful to know. Even Will the driver gave us a call 30 mins before he arrived to give us his ETA!! You said that Will when he arrives on site, will use his best endeavours to position the crates containing the Cabin in the most convenient location for us. We thought that might be a bit optimistic so we had a plan B up our sleeve for the final location of the crates, but we shouldn’t have worried, as Will the driver is so skilled in driving the Moffit fork lift he negotiated his way into our back yard through a narrow gateway as if it were not there. Dear All, Just a brief note to say that the four packages were safely and successfully delivered this morning by Ray, the driver, who did a brilliant job in getting them through the gates and safely placed in the garden next to the plot. I Was out on my nervous horse on the A6033 ,hebden bridge to Oxenhope road at 11.00.Its the first time he has been out for 4 months,so you can imagine he was a bit jumpy. I feel I must write and congratulate you on your super delivery man who delivered my summer house today! He referred to himself as “ the Jock” and said you would know who he was. His precision and professionalism when delivering the purchase was excellent and he puts all my past deliveries in the last 3 years to shame ! Nothing was too much to ask and his customer service excellent - which seems to be a rare trait nowadays. Hopefully his great workmanship will be acknowledged.

We had a log cabin/garage delivered on Monday 1^st June and I have to say the driver was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and he was so polite and helpful the whole time, even though we had to take all around the houses and lanes to be able to get the lorry near to our house. Just to let you know that Graeme did a great job in unloading my shed in very trying circumstances. Option after option was ruled out because of unsuitable access and the substantial length of the crates; but he stuck at it and was able to find a satisfactory solution.

Today I had a delivery of a log cabin I had purchased from Quick-Gardens to my home in Sutton Coldfield. The delivery driver named William gave me a call to say he was about 1 hour away and in fact he arrived after 45 mins. He surveyed were I wanted the packing case too go ( on my front drive ). I had worried about this delivery as there is a low front fence and gravel boards which I expected and had prepared myself to have too remove to make access. William looked at were I wanted the packing case put and smiled and said “ this will be done in 15 minutes and no need to remove anything” Well William was true too his word and 15 minutes later everything was in a perfect position. Dealing with William was a very pleasant experience, he was very professional in everything he did and explained all of what he was going too do and told me to stand back and relax. William was a credit too your company and as a businessman myself I know the value of good employees and would be very happy to recommend your company for business on my experience with William.

I would just like to say that your driver Ray Parker (no relation!) went above & beyond with the delivery of our summerhouse today. As you & I discussed previously, the possibility of the lane to my house not being accessible to the lorry was unfortunately the case. However Ray kindly unloaded the crate at the end of the road & transported it the half mile down our lane with no fuss or objection. He then proceeded to deliver the crate into my driveway displaying some serious forklift skills! All done in the pouring rain & with a smile. So often people are quick to email to complain & moan & not so often to compliment, however I just felt that Rays help & friendly smile had to be noted. Thanks for the great service.

Just to say a massive thank you to William for the fantastic job he did in offloading the garage in what was a series of very tricky manoeuvres. He was very professional and made it look very easy in placing the load just where I needed it. As a result, he has removed a huge headache for me so please convey my sincere thanks and appreciation. The customer comms and flexibility shown by George Jeavons has also been exemplary so thank you.

The garage was delivered yesterday, and I have to commend Jeavons and both George, their coordinator and Graham, the driver were excellent. I ordered a garage from Quick Garden which was delivered by Jeavons.  We had been concerned about access as the crates had to come across a narrow bridge and down a slight slope to get close to where the building was going.  However, we need not have worried; from the first contact with Jeavons the process was smooth and professional - George who coordinated the delivery was very helpful and phoned several times to ensure all was in order. Graham, the driver was exceptional - he called the evening before with a delivery time and to get exact directions. On the day he was on time, patient, careful and helpful, placing the crates exactly where we needed them. I cannot commend Jeavons enough.

We had a building from quick garden delivered yesterday 20/5/20. I had been stressing all day because of where I needed it to be. Excellent service! Your driver collected several packages from me yesterday as arranged via Central Mailing Services. I do believe in giving praise where praise is due in these days of poor service from some. This was the same driver who rescued us last October (after another courier company had failed to collect from us several times) and battled up the M6 despite horrendous traffic delays and hail stones the size of golf balls, yet he still managed to find us in the poor weather and darkness and remained wonderfully cheery despite the terrible drive he must have had. This time your driver arrived as arranged (but on a sunny day for a change) was courteous and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He deserves a pat on the back. All I can say is 'well done Jeavons' and we will most certainly use you next time.

Your driver came into us today at Market Drayton to deliver a load we had ordered (sorry, I never got his name).

He came to the office, presented his delivery tickets and was such a polite and nice person to my staff. We had a short delay due to the yard man not being on site when your driver turned up and after I explained this he was still very polite and said no problem, so we offered him a coffee and he got himself organised ready for the yard man to arrive and unload him.

After the delivery our yard man reloaded him with the empty IBC’s but unfortunately the driver had not been given a collection paper work to take a note of the serial numbers, (not his fault) so we agreed for him to take them back to your yard and for your office to check them off and send me the paperwork through later.

We then established through contact from Adam in your office that we had loaded too many so Adam agreed we could collect them tomorrow and again couldn’t be more helpful.

JLR have welcomed the partnership between Fuyao and Jeavons. Jeavons have provided local UK logistics support for Fuyao, for previous JLR programmes and we hope for many future programmes also. From my recent visit, my overall impressions were that the facilities are ideally suited to Fuyao's requirements to supply JLR. It was also clear that the staff are passionate about their job and the company. I look forward to seeing the relationship between Jeavons, Fuyao and JLR growing in the near future.
